Our tech and data related operations is achieved entirely through trusted third-party platform providers for (including but not limited to) hosting, email , media communication, registration, payment processing, and session content storage and delivery.
2. How Data is Collected
We do not directly collect or store personal data on own servers. When you submit information (e.g., name, email, payment details), it is collected by and processed through third-party platforms we use for (including but not limited to):
Website hosting ,CRM and contact forms
Webinar and live session delivery
Payment and transaction processing
Email, messaging and automation tools
Analytics and advertising services
These platforms may also collect technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and session behavior, as part of their services. All data collection is governed by their respective privacy policies.
We collect polls/surveys and interaction data including course preferences ( through whatsapp and other channels) to personalise your learning experience and recommend relevant resources/courses.
If you provide optional consent during registration, we collect your IP address and device information for advertising optimisation — your IP address may be shared with Meta Platforms Inc. and other advertising partners solely to improve the relevance of advertisements shown to you, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Regardless of your consent choice, we collect your IP address for fraud prevention and security purposes — to detect and prevent unauthorised access, duplicate registrations and misuse of our platform. This is processed under our legitimate interests in maintaining platform security.
You may opt out of advertising-based use of your IP address at any time by writing to support@thundergrowth.com or by adjusting your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
You may request deletion of your IP data collected for advertising purposes by writing to support@thundergrowth.com
We collect and store your month and year of birth solely for age verification purposes to ensure compliance with national regulations to ensure you are 18+.

We access and utilize the analytics, reports, and contact data made available to us by these platforms in order to:

We do not independently extract or manipulate this data beyond what the platforms permit.

We maintain access to your PII and details in our internal systems only as long as necessary for service delivery, record-keeping, or compliance. Your data/data processing logs maybe retained by third-party platforms (mentioned earlier) according to their own data retention policies/data purging policies for purposes including but not limited to delivery/compliance/security/troubleshooting .
You may request deletion of your personal data from our records at any time (see Section 8).

We select platforms that follow recognized industry standards for encryption and access control. However, no system is 100% secure, and you use our services at your own discretion.
ThunderGrowth itself does not store or retain user data outside these secure platforms.

"Re-registration after opting out of standard alerts and/or mktg messages constitutes fresh consent to receive program-related communications. Of course mktg messages will be sent agin only if you have provided consent for the same during re-registration.

These vendors help deliver and improve our services in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service.
11. Data Sharing and Marketing Communication
You agree to receive communication from ThunderGrowth through WhatsApp,email,sms and maybe others as applicable for essential service communications such as registration confirmations, session links, payment receipts, access details and so on. If you have consented through the checkbox to receive marketing messages during any of the registration/transactional/payment pages, then you will also recieve marketing communication through different communications channels including but not limited to sms, whatsapp, email. Only the latest status of your consent is taken to decide if you should receive a marketing message or not. You have the right to opt out of this anytime by writing to support@thundergrowth.com or by clicking on specific stop options part of each message.
Certain service providers may collect or process limited data (including hashed registration data) to deliver requested products or services, perform measurement, analytics, and advertising optimization, and operate in compliance with relevant data-protection laws. The list of such vendors may change over time.
ThunderGrowth does not directly control how these third-party platforms manage data and encourages users to review their respective privacy policies. However, ThunderGrowth engages only trusted platforms known for secure and lawful data-handling practices.
The registration form (powered by Tally.so) may use cookies strictly for essential operation and anonymous analytics.
In alignment with the digital personal data protection act , if you have provided your consent via the optional checkbox , we may use your personal details(hashed) and IP address(hashed) to Meta to share more relevant opportunities, ads ( including retargeting), marketing material with you and others, and to enhance your overall experience. No tracking cookies are used, and your information is never sold or shared with unrelated advertisers. You can unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time as explained in this Privacy Policy.IP addresses are be default stored in encoded secure methods and used only for anti fraud purposes and to comply with regulations as needed. IP addresses in hashed form are used for marketing optimization as above only if explicit consent has been given by user for the same by agreeing in the optional checkbox and this consent can be withdrawn anytime by writing to support@thundergrowth.com
By signing up with ThunderGrowth through any form or channel, you consent to receive order updates, reminders and other promotional communication from ThunderGrowth and its current or future partners. This may include information about current or future courses, services, products, or opportunities, including those beyond the education sector. You also consent to ThunderGrowth’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available on the website.
You may withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out options provided in campaign messages or by contacting hi@thundergrowth.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of any data processing already carried out.
By default, your personal data is not used for advertising optimisation or to send you any marketing communications.

IP Address: We do not store your IP address. If you have provided optional marketing consent, your IP address is collected at the time of your interaction and passed directly to Meta Platforms Inc. solely for advertising optimisation purposes. It is not retained in our systems beyond this transmission.
You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by writing to support@thundergrowth.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
12. Course Completion Certficates:
ThunderGrowth validates completion via platform signals and your secure login. We prioritize your privacy through a non-proctored experience without active surveillance, relying on your integrity to confirm engagement. By marking modules as complete, you affirm all progress is authentic and performed by you.
