ThunderGrowth takes every detailed effort and extra efforts to stay compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection act (DPDP, India) . Currently we operate out of India and our active marketing efforts are aimed at serving Indian audience alone .

1. Who We Are

ThunderGrowth offers education services (courses, accelerators, workshops). We operate entirely through trusted third-party service providers for hosting, email, communication, registration, payment processing, and content delivery.

2. Data Collection

We do not directly collect or store personal data on our own servers. When you submit information, it is collected and processed through our service providers, including:

  • Website Hosting, CRM, and Forms: e.g., Zoho, Systeme.io, Tally.so

  • Webinar and Session Delivery: e.g., Zoom

  • Payment Processing: e.g., Razorpay

  • Email, Messaging, and Automation: e.g., Pabbly, WhatsApp, Interakt

  • Analytics and Advertising: e.g., Meta

These platforms may collect technical data (e.g., IP address, device type, geolocatio,browser, session behavior) governed by their respective privacy policies. ThunderGrowth  collects interaction data (e.g., polls, surveys, course preferences) to personalize your experience. We store your month and year of birth for age verification (18+).

3. Use of Information

We utilize data provided by our platforms to:

  • Register you for services and events.

  • Send service-related updates, confirmations, and reminders.

  • Respond to support queries.

  • Improve our content, delivery, and user experience.

  • Share promotional communications (if you have opted in).

  • Third-Party Platforms: Data remains within the secure third-party platforms we use for operations.

  • Security: ThunderGrowth engages only trusted platforms known for secure and lawful data-handling practices  that also adhere to recognized industry standards for encryption and access control. However,  no system is 100% secure. You use our services at your own discretion.

ThunderGrowth does not place or manage cookies. Our third-party platforms may use cookies and similar technologies for essential services, site performance, remarketing, and analytics. You may manage these through your browser settings.

6. Marketing and Advertising Consent

  • Service Communications: You agree to receive essential communications (e.g., confirmations, receipts, access details, reminders) via email and WhatsApp by signing up for any service with ThunderGrowth.

  • Marketing Consent: By default, you will not receive any marketing communications and your data ( PII, IP address, geo location etc is not used for advertising optimization. However, if you explicitly opt-in or agree to the relevant optional checkbox during any registration/payment/transactional pages, you agree to:

    • Receive promotional offers from ThunderGrowth and it's partners/affiliates through different communication channels including but not limited to whatsapp, email

    • Allow your data (PII, IP address, Geolocation etc) to be used for data analytics and advertising optimization (e.g.,  Meta ads/retargeting etcs).

    • Allow to use your interaction data, choices in polls/surveys to personalize your experience, provide relevant insights, and share tailored service updates

Only the latest status of your marketing consent is taken into account for above

  • IP Address: By default, we do not store or process your IP address. If you provide marketing consent, your IP address is passed to our advertising partners (e.g., Meta) solely for optimization. Our service providers may collect IP addresses for fraud prevention and security purposes based on legitimate interests.

  • Retention: We maintain access to your data only as long as necessary for service delivery and compliance. Third-party platforms retain data according to their own policies.

8. Course Completion

We utilize a non-proctored experience for our courses. ThunderGrowth validates completion via platform signals and your secure login. By marking modules as complete, you affirm and self-declare that the progress is authentic and performed by you.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
