ThunderGrowth ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to transparency regarding how data is handled across our services. ThunderGrowth takes every detailed effort and extra efforts to stay compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023) and the DPDP Rules, 2025 (India). Currently we operate out of India and our active marketing efforts are aimed at serving Indian audience alone.

1. Who We Are

ThunderGrowth offers education services (courses, accelerators, workshops). We operate entirely through trusted third-party service providers for hosting, email, communication, registration, payment processing, and content delivery.

2. Data Collection

We do not directly collect or store personal data on our own servers. Your data is collected by independent third-party platforms.

When you interact with our website or digital assets, these platforms automatically capture technical information necessary for network security, troubleshooting, and platform stability. This technical data includes your IP address, device type, Operating System (OS) type/version, browser configuration, session behavior, and approximate geolocation (such as country or city).

In compliance with the DPDP Rules, 2025, the specific platforms we use and their exact purposes are structured below:

These platforms automatically process technical data strictly to deliver our services, prevent fraud, and maintain security:

  • Zoho, Systeme.io, Tally.so (Hosting & Forms): Used to secure your form submissions and display our website pages correctly on your device.

  • Zoom (Webinar Delivery): Used to secure live session rooms, optimize video quality, and troubleshoot connection lag.

  • Razorpay (Payment Processing): Used to securely process transactions, prevent credit card fraud, and fulfill legal financial protocols.

  • Pabbly, WhatsApp, Interakt (Automation & Messaging): Used to safely route your transactional receipts, access links, and service reminders.

๐Ÿ“Š Advertising & Analytics Platforms (Requires Explicit Consent)

  • Meta (Facebook Pixels & Custom Audiences): Meta is an advertising platform. By default, Meta's tracking capabilities are restricted on our site to basic, anonymous website visitor counts. Meta's advanced conversion tracking, ad optimization, and retargeting tools are strictly disabled by default. They will only be activated if you explicitly check the optional marketing opt-in box during sign-up.

  • We may collect data that you voluntarily provide to us, such as information submitted via registration fields, age verification metrics (month and year of birth ensuring you are 18+), support queries, or interaction data recorded during live webinars (such as choices made in polls, surveys, and quizzes).

Note: These third-party platforms are governed entirely by their own respective privacy policies. ThunderGrowth has zero control or liability over their internal technical infrastructure.

3. Use of Information

We utilize data provided by our platforms to:
Register you for services and events.
Send service-related updates, confirmations, and reminders.
Respond to support queries.
Improve our content, delivery, and user experience.
Age verification (18+) using your month and year of birth.
Troubleshoot technical and other issues
Share promotional communications and share with Meta and other platforms to optimize ads ( These happen only if you have opted in explicitly during registration as explained below ).

4. Marketing and Advertising Consent

  • Service Communications: By signing up for any course or service with ThunderGrowth, you agree to receive essential operational communications (e.g., access links, confirmations, schedules) via email, WhatsApp and other communication channels. This is required to fulfill our service contract with you.

  • Marketing and Ad Optimization Opt-In: By default, your personal data, IP address, device info, and geolocation are never used by us for commercial tracking, retargeting, or advertising optimization. We will only use your data for marketing optimization if you explicitly opt-in by actively checking an optional consent box during sign up with any of our services.

However, if you explicitly opt-in or agree to the relevant optional checkbox during any registration/payment/transactional pages, you agree to:
Receive promotional offers from ThunderGrowth and it's partners/affiliates through different communication channels including but not limited to whatsapp, email
Allow your data (PII, IP address, Geolocation etc) to be used for data analytics and advertising optimization (e.g., Meta ads/retargeting etcs).
Allow to use your interaction data, choices in polls/surveys to personalize your experience, provide relevant insights, and share tailored service updates
Only the latest status of your marketing consent is taken into account for above

IP Address: By default, we do not store or process your IP address. If you provide marketing consent, your IP address is passed to our advertising partners (e.g., Meta) solely for optimization. Our service providers may collect IP addresses for fraud prevention and security purposes by default based on legitimate interests.

No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data.
Third-Party Platforms: Data remains within the secure third-party platforms we use for operations. ThunderGrowth explicitly disclaims control and liability over how these independent platforms handle data within their systems.

Security: ThunderGrowth engages only trusted platforms known for secure and lawful data-handling practices that also adhere to recognized industry standards for encryption and access control. However, no system is 100% secure. You use our services at your own discretion.

ThunderGrowth does not place or manage cookies. Our third-party platforms may use cookies and similar technologies for essential services, site performance, remarketing, and analytics. You may manage these through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention and Your Rights

Retention: We maintain access to your data only as long as necessary for service delivery and compliance. Third-party platforms retain data according to their own policies.
Your Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and to opt out of marketing under the DPDP Act and supporting DPDP Rules, 2025.

7. Course Completion

We utilize a non-proctored experience for our courses. ThunderGrowth validates completion via platform signals and your secure login. By marking modules as complete, you affirm and self-declare that the progress is authentic and performed by you.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
